MEET THE WOMAN BEHIND WITHIN

Hi, I’m Tris

The work I do with high-achieving women isn’t something I studied from the sidelines.

It’s forged from lived experience—of burning down the old identities, confronting the parts I tried to outrun, and rebuilding a life rooted in truth, integrity, and self agency.

This isn’t just what I teach.
It’s what I’ve survived, integrated, and now lead from.

Here’s how it all began…

MY STORY

MY STORY

MY STORY MY STORY

THE CALL TO GO WITHIN

How it all began…

A woman with long dark hair in a light beige silk blouse and white pants standing in front of a large window with greenery outside, holding a glass of bubble tea with black tapioca pearls.

I wouldn’t ask you to heal your past and meet your shadow if I hadn’t faced my own.

This work is raw, real, and rarely polished—and my story is no exception. Here’s the path that shaped me into the woman I am today:

  • My life began in survival.

Abandonment. Abuse. Rejection. Bullying. Those weren’t chapters—they were the whole story of my early life. I learned to stay small, stay quiet, and carry my pain alone.

Armor became my safety. Isolation, my strategy.

I learned early to hide—to carry my emotions in solitude and armor myself against the world.

As I got older, I built a life that looked like success—but inside, I was still bracing for impact.

For decades, I kept others at arm’s length, believing that isolation was the safest option.

After manifesting what I thought was my dream life, I went through a trust-shattering and very public divorce that forced me to rebuild, yet again.

My healing process wasn’t beautiful. At first, it was messy, disorienting, and heart-wrenching.

Yet in the grief, in the shadows, in the unfiltered emotion—I found a kind of power I didn’t know existed.

I embraced my vulnerability and I let the emotions I had buried for decades rise to the surface. And in that softness, in that grace, I found my liberation.

My mentors—Deepak Chopra, the late Dr. David Simon, and Debbie Ford—taught me that the parts of ourselves we’ve been told are “negative” (our shadow) are actually our greatest strengths, once harnessed with intention and compassion.

Their wisdom, paired with my lived experience, led me to what I now teach: transformation that rewires the patterns keeping you stuck, restores your sense of inner alignment, and brings you back to the truth of who you are.

I don’t coach from theory. I guide from integration. Because I’ve lived the questions my clients are still afraid to ask.

Today, through speaking, coaching, writing, and teaching, I walk alongside high-achieving women who are emotionally intelligent—yet, still silently stuck.

Women who have done the work—and are still fragmented, still over-functioning, still afraid to fully let go of the armor.

I help them heal at the identity level, return to their truth, and move forward with clarity, power, and peace.

You don’t have to keep holding it all together.

You don’t have to do it alone. You were never meant to.

A COMMITMENT TO HELP OTHERS EVERY DAY

I didn’t choose this work.
It chose me.

I didn’t become a leader in this work because I read the right books or earned the perfect certification. I rose to the occasion because life demanded it. I was already at the top of my field, and yet…

⮕ I couldn’t find anyone who could meet me at the depth I needed.

⮕ I didn’t know who I could fully trust to be discreet.

⮕ And I wasn’t willing to risk surface-level advice for what I was carrying.

That’s when it became crystal clear: the high-functioning, emotionally intelligent women, the ones who “hold it all together”—they need something different, and that's what I’ve created through WITHIN...

The inner work I’ve developed over decades is highly-nuanced, uniquely-tailored, and unconventional. From C-suite execs to therapists to celebrities and ultra-successful clients, I’ve seen this work steward every woman through the complexity of their inner world with precision, discretion, and mastery.

IDENTITY-LEVEL REPROGRAMMING

My Approach to the Inner Work

I believe deep inner healing + self-growth requires awareness and skillful, attuned navigation, not spiritual platitudes.

I believe that behind every shadow (trauma, fear, shame) lies your unique strengths, and ultimately, your life’s purpose.

I believe a true guide doesn't sugarcoat the path to healing—she walks with you in the discomfort, resistance, and truth.

If you’re here, it’s probably because you’ve realized real fulfillment happens beneath the surface - not in performance, perfection, or productivity. This is one safe space where you can finally put the mask down - where we can do the real work together.
